We are pleased to share details of the Maximum Performance & Fitness Athletic Enhancement program. The program will run for 8 weeks in January & February, working with players on combination speed, agility, quickness, vertical explosiveness paired with strength & flexibility.
MPF recently expanded into a brand new 10,000 square foot enhancement facility. The facility includes indoor/outdoor turf space available for speed and agility enhancement, functional strength training area and professional staff to take our athletes to the next level.
As athletes grow and mature it is important to balance their in-season training with a solid off-season program to help develop total body control, strength, agility, footwork, quickness and conditioning. MPF has trained athletes from youth to the professional level with over 20 years experience. MPF has distinguished our educational experience by earning degrees in exercise science, even at the master’s level with research published in the National Strength & Conditioning Research Journal. MPF utilizes a magnitude of sports specific training methodologies to take an athlete from average to exceptional.
